Trying anything new can be a little intimidating, so at Mommy And Me Time Fitness we want to make it easy for you and your child/children to workout together and have fun.

Working out doesn’t mean you have to part with your little one or worry about a sitter. This is an interactive workout that you do with your little one(s). We teach many ways you can enjoy exercise together in your workout at Mommy And Me Time Fitness (you’ll find out what the ways are below).
And here are all the wonderful reasons why you should set aside an hour to exercise at Mommy And Me Time Fitness a couple times a week:
- Daily physical activity reduces stress. It can actually help you sleep better (all Mommys know that they need more rest)
- Fitness helps keep you healthy and has been linked to reducing the risk of some diseases and to warding off depression (goodbye to post partum depression or just those days when your child turned into a monster!)
- Exercising while incorporating strength training can help prevent osteoporosis
- You will release wonderful Endorphins that will actually elevate your mood and be a life giving source just for you
- Exercise also improves self-esteem, increases stamina and ultimately helps you be able to do continuous work for longer (remember, motherhood doesn’t end at 6pm!)

I haven’t worked out in years – will I be able to keep up?
We welcome ALL fitness levels and our certified instructors show various levels of intensity for each exercise. If you need modifications we are always here to help. Instructors will encourage you to work hard but want you to work at your own level, Mommy And Me Time Fitness thrives on creating a fun, positive, non-competitive atmosphere for all our moms (and your kids too)!
What ages are the kids at Mommy And Me Time Fitness?
We have babies from 2 months old and up. We are “family friendly” and welcome children of all ages! We also have moms who come solo while their older kids are at school.
Do I need a “special” stroller?
You do not need a “jogging” stroller since our classes are inside on a smooth surface. We recommend using whatever stroller your child is the most comfortable sitting in. We do not recommend using an umbrella stroller since they are not as stable.
My child is 3 years old and will not sit in a stroller. Can we still attend?
Yes, we have lots of “big kids” at class. We have a special area for the toddlers to sit that is near us and safe for them. They can bring toys and snacks (no nuts) to class to keep them busy. Don’t be surprised to see your toddler trying to imitate our Mommy And Me Time Fitness exercises and doing jumping jacks, frog jumps, etc. We set a great example for our kids to see us working out and staying health.
What if my baby gets fussy?
What baby doesn’t get fussy?!! Our class is full of moms who have been there and we all understand. If your baby gets fussy, you can take him/her out of the stroller and hold them during class. You will often see moms doing “baby squats” holding their infants or stopping to feed/change them during class. It’s all okay at Mommy And Me Time Fitness!
What should I bring with me to class?
Water, exercise mat, towel, and anything your little one(s) needs.
What if I don’t have children? We have several non- moms and even moms of grown children that join us at Mommy And Me Time Fitness. All are welcome to sweat it out with us! Even dads and non dads! Grandparents too are always welcome at Mommy And Me Time Fitness!
What kind of fitness level is the class geared toward at Mommy And Me Time Fitness? All levels! Anyone can do the workout! Modifications are made for all fitness levels. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. We are here for you to make this a great experience. We are Moms too and will help you with your own personal fitness goals.
I'm a nanny, babysitter, or grandparent who wants to get fit too! Can I join the class? Yes, of course! We would love to have you.
